We are pleased to share that, in the second phase of Ageing-in-Place Project, our partner Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong (“Habitat”) has launched a new online Ageing in Place Assessment Tool in July 2025. It is now available on their website, for the public to understand how living spaces can be improved to better meet older adults’ needs at home.
Alongside the launch of the online assessment tool, Habitat has also rolled out its “Let’s talk!” outreach campaign to raise public awareness of the Ageing in Place programme and its benefits. Through discussion guides, the campaign aims to encourage conversations with older adults about how they can enhance safety and comfort via home enhancement.
