(\u4e59\u809d)<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/zh\/news-room\/questions-and-answers\/item\/q-a-new-who-recommendations-for-prevention-of-mother-to-child-transmission-of-hepatitis-b-virus#:~:text=%E4%BB%80%E4%B9%88%E6%98%AF%E4%B9%99,%E5%BE%97%E5%A4%9A%EF%BC%88%3C5%25%EF%BC%89%E3%80%82\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> \u4e3b\u8981\u900f\u904e\u6bcd\u5b30\u50b3<\/a>\u64ad\uff0c\u6bcd\u89aa\u4e00\u65e6\u5e36\u83cc\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u5b30\u5152\u4e5f\u96e3\u9003\u4e00\u52ab\u3002\u800c\u6b63\u5982\u7761\u7f8e\u4eba\u6c89\u7761\u767e\u5e74\uff0c\u4e59\u809d\u75c5\u6bd2\u53ef\u4ee5\u6f5b\u4f0f\u6578\u5341\u8f09\u800c\u6beb\u7121\u5fb5\u5146\uff0c\u604d\u5982\u57cb\u5728\u9ad4\u5185\u7684\u8a08\u6642\u70b8\u5f48\uff0c\u81f3\u767c\u73fe\u6642\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u7232\u6642\u5df2\u665a\u3002<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/vaccines\/pubs\/pinkbook\/hepb.html#:~:text=Approximately%2025%25%20of%20persons%20who%20become%20chronically%20infected%20during%20childhood\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u6bcf\u56db\u540d<\/a>\u53d7\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u5b30\u5152\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4fbf\u6709\u4e00\u4eba\u591a\u5e74\u5f8c\u5c07\u6b7b\u65bc\u4e59\u809d\u6240\u5f15\u81f4\u7684\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u809d\u786c\u5316\u548c\u809d\u764c\u3002\u6bcf30\u79d2\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u4fbf\u6709\u4e00\u4eba\u56e0\u4e59\u809d\u800c\u6b7b\u3002<br>\u90aa\u60e1\u4ed9\u5b50\u7684\u9b54\u6cd5\u96d6\u52e2\u4e0d\u53ef\u64cb\uff0c\u809d\u708e\u7684\u8a5b\u5492\uff0c\u537b\u5b8c\u5168\u53ef\u4ee5\u62b5\u6297\u3002\u75c5\u6bd2\u6027\u809d\u708e\uff0c\u9867\u540d\u601d\u7fa9\uff0c\u662f\u809d\u81df\u56e0\u611f\u67d3\u75c5\u6bd2\u800c\u767c\u708e\uff0c\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u662f\u4e59\u809d\u548c\u4e19\u809d (\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e)\u3002\u8981\u9810\u9632\u4e59\u809d\uff0c\u6709\u5ec9\u50f9\u53c8\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u75ab\u82d7\uff1b\u8981\u5c0d\u4ed8\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u591a\u7a2e\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u9054\u81f4\u6e1b\u4f4e\u764c\u75c7\u98a8\u96aa\u7b49\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u81f3\u65bc\u4e19\u809d\uff0c\u96d6\u5247\u672a\u6709\u75ab\u82d7\uff0c\u537b\u80fd\u4ee5\u65b0\u85e5\u65bc\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u5185\u6cbb\u7652\u3002<br><br>\u9019\u9ebd\u8aac\uff0c\u809d\u708e\u7406\u61c9\u88ab\u6d88\u9664\u4e86\u5427\uff1f\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u7adf\u6709<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/zh\/campaigns\/world-hepatitis-day\/2023\/key-messages#:~:text=%E6%96%B0%E5%8F%91%E6%84%9F%E6%9F%93%E3%80%82-,3.5%E4%BA%BF%E4%BA%BA%E6%9C%89%E6%85%A2%E6%80%A7%E7%97%85%E6%AF%92%E6%80%A7%E8%82%9D%E7%82%8E%E6%84%9F%E6%9F%93%E3%80%82,-%E6%AF%8F%E5%A4%A9%E6%9C%893000\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u6bd4\u6bcf\u5929\u5438\u4e00\u5305\u7159\u9084\u8981\u9ad8<\/a>\uff01\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u809d\u708e\u662f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/southeastasia\/news\/opinion-editorials\/detail\/bringing-hepatitis-care-closer-to-you#:~:text=It%20is%20the%20only%20communicable%20disease%20where%20mortality%20is%20showing%20an%20increasing%20trend\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u5168\u7403\u552f\u4e00\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u4ecd\u5728\u4e0a\u5347<\/a>\u7684\u50b3\u67d3\u75c5\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u9020\u6210<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/zh\/campaigns\/world-hepatitis-day\/2023\/key-messages#:~:text=%E4%B9%99%E5%9E%8B%E8%82%9D%E7%82%8E%E5%92%8C%E4%B8%99%E5%9E%8B%E8%82%9D%E7%82%8E%E6%AF%8F%E5%B9%B4%E5%85%B1%E9%80%A0%E6%88%90110%E4%B8%87%E4%BA%BA%E6%AD%BB%E4%BA%A1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> 110 \u842c\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1<\/a>\uff0c\u6bd4\u5f97\u4e0a<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u3001\u80ba\u7d50\u6838\u6216\u7627\u75be<\/a>\u3002<br><br>\u4f60\u6216\u6703\u554f\uff1a\u809d\u708e\u5982\u6b64\u53ef\u6015\uff0c\u7232\u4f55\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u50b3\u67d3\u75c5\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u807c\u5230\u7684\u6d88\u606f\u4ee5\u53ca\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u793e\u6703\u6295\u653e\u7684\u8cc7\u6e90\uff0c\u90fd\u9019\u9ebd\u5c11\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u809d\u708e\uff0c\u53ef\u8b02\u7aae\u4eba\u7684\u75ab\u75c7\u3002<a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldhepatitisalliance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/20170906_wha_hcvhbv_advocacy_final_update_edited_web_version.pdf#page=7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u7d55\u5927\u591a\u6578<\/a>\u6162\u6027\u4e59\u809d (96%) \u548c\u4e19\u809d (72%) \u7684\u75c5\u4f8b\uff0c\u90fd\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u4e2d\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u800c\u793e\u6703\u4e2d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldhepatitisalliance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/20170906_wha_hcvhbv_advocacy_final_update_edited_web_version.pdf#page=21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u88ab\u908a\u7de3\u5316\u7684\u7fa4\u9ad4<\/a>\uff0c\u611f\u67d3\u7387\u5f80\u5f80\u7279\u5225\u9ad8\u3002<br><br>\u809d\u708e\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u7121\u8072\u7684\u75ab\u75c7\u3002\u7d55\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u8005\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u81ea\u5df1\u5e36\u83cc\u6beb\u4e0d\u77e5\u60c5\uff0c\u4e0d\u77e5\u4e0d\u89ba\u5728\u793e\u5340\u50b3\u64ad\uff0c\u5404\u5730\u653f\u5e9c\u4e5f\u672a\u5fc5\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u75ab\u60c5\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u6027\u3002\u6c88\u9ed8\uff0c\u9084\u56e0\u7232\u6c61\u540d\u5316\uff0c\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u4e59\u809d\u548c\u4e19\u809d\u5206\u5225\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e<a href=\"https:\/\/endhep2030.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Key-Populations-1.pdf#page=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u6027\u548c\u5171\u7528\u91dd\u7b52\u7b49\u65b9\u5f0f<\/a>\u50b3\u64ad\u3002<br><br>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7576\u5404\u5730\u6230\u706b\u9023\u5929\uff0c\u761f\u75ab\u548c\u7d93\u6fdf\u52d5\u8569\u8feb\u5728\u7709\u776b\uff0c\u6162\u6027\u809d\u708e\uff0c\u5c31\u6210\u7232\u4e86\u88ab\u907a\u5fd8\u7684\u75ab\u75c7\u3002<br>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u6211\u5011\u6295\u653e\u8cc7\u6e90\uff0c\u800c\u5404\u5730\u653f\u5e9c\u53c8\u6709\u6539\u8b8a\u7684\u6c7a\u5fc3\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u65bc2030\u5e74\u524d\u6d88\u9664\u75c5\u6bd2\u6027\u809d\u708e\u7684\u3002\u9019\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u806f\u5408\u570b\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c11\u6578\u53ef\u4ee5\u9054\u6210\u7684\u76ee\u6a19 <a href=\"https:\/\/sdgs.un.org\/goals\/goal3#targets_and_indicators:~:text=By%202030%2C%20end%20the%20epidemics%20of%20AIDS%2C%20tuberculosis%2C%20malaria%20and%20neglected%20tropical%20diseases%20and%20combat%20hepatitis%2C%20water%2Dborne%20diseases%20and%20other%20communicable%20diseases\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(SDG3.3<\/a>)\u3002<br><br>\u9019\u5c31\u662f<a href=\"https:\/\/endhep2030.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Hepatitis Fund (THF)<\/a> \u6210\u7acb\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002THF\u662f<a href=\"https:\/\/zeshanfoundation.org\/chi\/portfolio\/thf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u64c7\u5584\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u6027\u4f19\u4f34<\/a>\uff0c\u662f\u5168\u7403\u9996\u500b\u5c08\u7232\u6d88\u9664\u75c5\u6bd2\u6027\u809d\u708e\u800c\u8a2d\u7684\u6148\u5584\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u7531\u7f8e\u570b\u75be\u75c5\u63a7\u5236\u548c\u9810\u9632\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54 (\u4e16\u885b) \u548c\u6211\u5011\u5408\u4f5c\u767c\u8d77\uff0c\u7e3d\u90e8\u8a2d\u65bc\u745e\u58eb\u65e5\u5185\u74e6\u3002THF \u5206\u6790\u5168\u7403\u7684\u809d\u708e\u75ab\u60c5\uff0c\u8207\u5404\u5730\u7d44\u7e54\u5efa\u7acb\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u6311\u9078\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u793e\u6703\u6548\u76ca\u7684\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u4e00\u4f86\u7b56\u7565\u6027\u5730\u6295\u653e\u8cc7\u6e90\uff0c\u4e8c\u4f86\u63d0\u4f9b\u6280\u8853\u652f\u63f4\uff0c\u5180\u671b\u80fd\u5920\u6210\u7232\u50ac\u5316\u6539\u8b8a\u7684\u4e00\u9ede\u706b\u82b1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u8d8a\u5357<\/a>\u3001<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/westernpacific\/health-topics\/hepatitis\/regional-hepatitis-data#:~:text=Table%201%3A%20Hepatitis%20B%20and%20C%20in%20the%20WHO%20Western%20Pacific%20Region\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u8499\u53e4\u548c\u83f2\u5f8b\u8cd3<\/a>\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e5d\u500b\u4eba\u4e4b\u4e2d\u4fbf\u6709\u4e00\u4eba\u5e36\u83cc\u3002\u5f88\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u548c\u8a3a\u65b7\u7387\uff0c\u4f9d\u7136\u975e\u5e38\u4e4b\u4f4e\u3002\u4ee5\u4e16\u885b\u7684\u897f\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u5340\u57df (\u5305\u62ec\u4e2d\u570b\u3001\u8499\u53e4\u7b49\u5730) \u7232\u4f8b\uff0c\u4f30\u8a08<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/westernpacific\/news-room\/multimedia\/overview\/item\/burden-of-hepatitis-b-in-western-pacific\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u8d85\u904e 80%<\/a> \u5e36\u83cc\u8005\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u77e5\u81ea\u5df1\u53d7\u5230\u611f\u67d3\u3002<br>\u9810\u9632\u3001\u6aa2\u6e2c\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\u809d\u708e\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u90fd\u6709\u4e86\uff0c\u4e9e\u6d32\u591a\u570b\u537b\u672a\u80fd\u53d7\u60e0\uff0c\u7232\u4ec0\u9ebd\uff1f\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u6b20\u7f3a\u8cc7\u91d1\u548c\u57fa\u790e\u91ab\u7642\u8a2d\u65bd\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cTHF \u6295\u8cc7\u7684\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6ce8\u5165\u6216\u52a0\u5f3a\u67d0\u4e9b\u670d\u52d9\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u671f\u671b\u53ef\u4ee5\u793a\u7bc4\u5982\u4f55\u514b\u670d\u4e0a\u8ff0\u969c\u7919\uff0c\u50ac\u5316\u7576\u5730\u91ab\u7642\u9ad4\u7cfb\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\u3002 THF \u7684\u9996\u8f2a\u8cc7\u52a9\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f88\u591a<a href=\"https:\/\/endhep2030.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/THF_IMPACT-REPORT-2022-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u6210\u679c<\/a>\u90fd\u8d85\u51fa\u9810\u671f\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u5e7e\u500b\u4e9e\u6d32\u5340\u7684\u9805\u76ee\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u548c\u8d8a\u5357\u885b\u751f\u90e8\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c07\u809d\u708e\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3001\u8a3a\u65b7\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\u7d0d\u5165\u57fa\u5c64\u91ab\u7642\u3002\u9805\u76ee\u70ba\u7576\u5c40\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5982\u4f55\u8cc7\u52a9\u53ca\u64f4\u5c55\u53bb\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5316\u6a21\u5f0f\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u5be6\u8b49\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u52a0\u5f37\u5730\u5340\u57fa\u5c64<a Development \u63a8\u884c\uff0c\u5728\u65c1\u906e\u666e\u7701\u7684\u9109\u90ca\u5730\u5340\uff0c\u767c\u5c55\u7d9c\u5408\u4e86\u9810\u9632\u3001\u6aa2\u6e2c\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\u4e19\u809d\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u70ba\u7576\u5c40\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u64f4\u5c55\u540c\u985e\u670d\u52d9\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5be6\u8b49\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a
